Glacier Double12 Hard-Tech Innovation Festival (short name: “Glacier 1212 Festival”)

The annual innovation festival of the primary market
Glacier doesn't compete. Glacier hosts.
Glacier is a fact, not just a company. The joy of innovation comes from sharing it together.
庚辛,是事实,不只是公司。科创的快乐,来自大家一起分享交流。
The world has many trade shows, but only one CES. There will be many innovation festivals on 12.12, and Glacier’s aims to be a CES for hard tech: an expo built for real results.
世界上有很多展会,但只有一个 CES。12.12 会有很多科创节,庚辛的科创节想做成科创版的 CES:一场讲实效的展会。
Glacier 1212 belongs to Glacier, not to Glacier KP. Glacier KP is the title sponsor, not the organiser.
12 Dec 2026 · 12:12 · Beijing time · 1212 Closing Day

We open not with a flame but with light. The Glacier Prism: white light in, four layers of value out, realised along time.
Incoming white light: technology · product · industry · capital · time, organised into an executable transaction system. The prism is the GLACIER ORCHESTRATOR, Glacier's orchestrator for the Physical AI era. The spectrum runs from cool blue to warm gold, split into four layers of value: for innovation, for companies, for founders and for industry.

Glacier runs on its own fiscal calendar: Fiscal Year I, 20 Feb – 30 Apr 2026; Fiscal Year II, 6 May – 22 Sep 2026; Fiscal Year III, 7 Oct 2026 – 30 Jan 2027. This season lasts four months. It starts on 7 October, closes on 12 December (the home-ground day of this edition) and ends on 30 January 2027.
Weeks start on Monday. Public holidays follow the General Office of the State Council's notice on the 2026 holiday arrangements; the 2027 arrangements have not been published, so only New Year's Day is marked. Source: appendix to the Pyramid Institute × ITjuzi Primary Market Sci-Tech Annual Report.
The organisers' commitments, written down before the opening.
Transaction value and project count are two different constraints.
Glacier strictly limits the number of new projects it takes on, to protect service quality.
We assess our work by post-investment satisfaction, founder satisfaction, project returns and the extent of our own capital commitment.
Quality is the standard by which we judge and position ourselves. Whether we exceed expectations matters.
Deliver fast, choose slowly. Turn non-consensus into the next round's consensus.

1212 sets no transaction-value target. Glacier strictly limits the number of new projects it takes on, to protect service quality. Transaction value and project count are two different constraints. We assess our work by post-investment satisfaction, founder satisfaction, project returns and the extent of our own capital commitment. Quality is the standard by which we judge and position ourselves, and whether we exceed expectations matters. Everyone owns quality engineering.
KEYS is the capital-market parallel computing platform and programming model from the Pyramid Institute. Defined by the whole Glacier team and continually upgraded, it organises price bands, transaction structures, timing and the Golden Window into relationships that can be executed and tested. We hope it will become the CUDA of capital markets.
Nurturing all things, bringing goodwill across the seas.
Glacier 1212 Festival · FAQ
GLACIER KP · Our judgment and our choices
The north slope is hard to climb, and it is never congested. The moat of a hard-tech company grows in its labs and on its production lines, not in its pitch deck. The hotter the market runs, the harder one must look for the scarcest underlying assets, and the cooler one's head must stay.
How we read the market
How we choose
Deliver fast, choose slowly. A general on the march does not chase rabbits. Turn non-consensus into the next round's consensus.

Wu Peng Top
Founding Partner
Originated the “Golden Window”, “price band” and “multi-round deal” methods from a large body of primary-market deals — a major contribution to the entire primary market — and is dedicated to discovering and deploying KEYS. Has led Glacier KP transactions for D-Robotics, Paxini, Narwal, DISCOVER Robotics, Pudu Robotics, Spirit AI, ROBOTERA, Neka Technology, DirectDrive, Volant Aerotech, Yarbo, First Thrust, CAYE, Zinsight, MatriQ, ASTRONSTONE and Evotrex, working for years across different price bands and deal structures. He watches a company's stage, its capital conditions and the timing of the deal. The market's voice keeps changing; the right measure is to see the conditions clearly first, then choose.

Zhang Jiakang JK
Founding Partner
Founded Glacier in 2018. He tests every deal with four yardsticks: post-investment satisfaction, founder satisfaction, project returns and the extent of Glacier's own capital commitment. Has led the transactions for ASTRONSTONE, Zinsight, YIMU Technology, SpinQ, 燃元 AI4S foundation model, MatriQ, DirectDrive, 全灵 3D AI, Partica, Volant Aerotech, Rino.ai, Yucca DPU and Pudu Robotics, and is dedicated to discovering and deploying KEYS. Cares more about quality than scale, and more about practice than presentation.

Li Yue Rebecca
Strategy & Going-Global Partner
Has lived and worked in France for more than ten years, from Lazard in Paris to CFO of LoginLand, and leads strategic relationships and going-global work at Glacier. Helped bring Hello Tomorrow to China and set up its innovation centre, and has supported the international expansion of Gaussian Robotics, Robosen, 自变量, OBSBOT, Volant Aerotech and 深向. MBA, Paris School of Business. In cross-cultural cooperation, understand each other first, then align interests, pace and responsibilities.

Mao Mingjun Jackson
Partner
Has been through the full cycle of companies growing from the US$100 million to the US$3 billion scale, taking each stage apart with precision. His projects include Paxini, Pudu Robotics, DamodaUAV, Yarbo, Kangrong Electronics, First Thrust and Giga AI, with deep work in tactile sensing and embodied data. From the fourth quarter of 2026 he is gradually supporting projects across Glacier. He watches the rhythm between technology delivery, organisational growth and capital arrangements; the value of cooperation is getting things done when it matters.

Lin Zibo Zibo
Head of the Shangliangnao Group
Head of the Shangliangnao Group and one of the representatives of Glacier's elder system. A dealmaker who stays close to industry, combining a scholar's depth of research with an attacking pace of execution. Has taken part in the financing and deal execution of ASTRONSTONE, Paxini, XY, DirectDrive, SpinQ and Evotrex. Has practised the deputy-PM structure across several projects, holds one deputy-PM assignment a year, and works with project leads to turn judgment, execution and review into team experience.

Gogo Zhao 赵羚茜
Partner · Investor Relations
The investor-relations lead who connects global investors, industrial capital and founders. Returned to work after retiring, came back to China after travelling the world, and still spends about a quarter of each year living abroad. At Glacier she handles investor communication: understanding investors' judgments and founders' situations, passing on accurate information, and putting each question to the right person. Trust comes from steady responses, and from delivering at the decisive moment.
