This is the official information site of Glacier Capital (庚辛资本). It exists to set out who the firm is, what it does, and how it works.
Everything published here — the company profile, the FAQ, the Archive, the essays and llms.txt — is for information only. It is not investment advice, and it is not an offer, a commitment or a solicitation of any kind. No one should make an investment, trading or commercial decision on the strength of this site alone.
The essays are the author’s personal observations and do not state a firm position. Roles have to be read deal by deal: in most engagements Glacier Capital acts as financial advisor; in some it also co-invests with its own capital; in a small number it is solely an investor and not the advisor. When citing a specific case, follow the role stated in that transaction’s public reporting.

This is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies, loads no third-party analytics or advertising code, and builds no visitor profiles.
The suggestion box in the Archive is a purely local form. Press “send by email” and your browser opens the mail client on your own device, with the recipient, subject and body already filled in, for you to read over and send yourself. Nothing leaves your device until you send it. This site’s servers do not receive, store or forward what you typed. You can also choose to copy the text and the address, and send it any way you prefer.
When you do write in, what is in your email is read and kept by people at Glacier Capital, and used only to reply to you and to deal with what you raised. It is not sold, and it is not passed to unrelated third parties.
The technical server logs needed to serve web pages are retained by the hosting provider under its standard practice; we do not use them to identify individuals.
